We can’t wait to comment or voice an opinion without having heard it all. So many of us don’t – and those of us that do are so often not so great at it.

Go out in the world notice what people are smiling and about and what frustrates them. Mark offers his perspective on positivity: Instead of hiding a weakness or problem, neutralize it.
